MGTV Will Offer Live Coverage Of Final Supreme Court Oral Argument and Closing Ceremony in Old Court Chambers


(Lansing, Michigan)óMichigan Government Television (MGTV) will offer live coverage of the final oral arguments to be heard by Michigan's Supreme Court in the court's chambers in the Williams Building on Wednesday, May 8th. MGTV will also carry the closing ceremony that day immediately following the last oral argument.

Please note that MGTV will remain on the air past our usual 2:00 p.m. sign-off to offer coverage of the last argument and the ceremony. The last oral argument (City of Detroit v Adamo) is scheduled to begin at approximately 2:00 p.m. The closing ceremony will take place afterwards at approximately 3:00 p.m.

When the Supreme Court begins to hear oral arguments again this fall, it will be in their chambers in the newly-completed Hall of Justice.
